My client is a top tier law firm in Central Manchester who are currently looking for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join a very busy property team.


The Residential Property Paralegal role will include:

  • Assisting solicitors with caseload of residential sales and developer plot sales from instruction by client to completion with potential for assisting in purchase and refinance transactions
  • Preparing file opening forms and amending the initial letters to issue to clients.
  • Drafting and amending relevant documents – for example contracts, transfer deeds etc.
  • Updating solicitors and partners on progression of matters.
  • Undertaking searches for properties, checking results for searches.
  • Completing relevant checklist.
  • Completing requisite documents are signed.
  • Attending to post completion formalities.
  • General administration support
  • Closing files.
  • Running anti money laundering checks.


The Ideal Residential Property Paralegal will have:

  • Having exceptional organisational skills to manage workload and understand how to prioritise.
  • The ideal candidate 12+ months as Residential Property paralegal
  • Highly organised.
  • Degree+ educational background
