Job Description : The Position

Key responsibilities-

  • Form part of the team analysing pre-clinical and early phase clinical trial samples.- Self-reliantly troubleshoot, using both strategic and tactical thinking effectively, and show curiosity-driven engagement in scientific problems.- Be autonomous in data analysis, documenting experiments concisely, and clearly communicating the results in a diverse range of settings.- Lead a component of a functional project, with the ability to coach and/or mentor less experienced colleagues.- Collaborate internally and externally to meet strategic company goals relating to translation research.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills,- Hands-on experience with the isolation and culture of human blood components, including aseptic techniques.- Extensive experience with multicolour flow cytometry is essential.- Experienced in bioanalytical and immunoassay development, optimisation, and validation.- Knowledge of

  • in vitro and
  • ex vivo cell-based functional assays.- Strong motivation and ability to work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.- A working knowledge of immunology and autoimmunity.- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.- Excellent organizational skills,- Previous involvement in technology transfer activities, including interactions with CRO and bioanalytical laboratories.- Awareness of the HTA, GxP regulations, drug discovery and drug development would be advantageous.
