We have a remarkable opportunity for a Senior Performance Finance Manager to join our team at Siemens Mobility's - Rolling Stock business in Goole. Reporting to the Commercial Director for Manufacturing & Localisation, you will oversee financial controlling for the new Goole Factory. Your responsibilities will include implementing new financial systems, producing reliable business data, and driving continuous improvement. You'll manage the Finance Team, support operational controlling, and ensure compliance with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines. Additionally, you'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and supporting global knowledge exchange within the Performance Controlling Team. You'll make a difference by Producing reliable and up-to-date business data, ensuring compliance with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines, and contributing to results-oriented steering of the Goole manufacturing facility. Supporting day-to-day operations from an Operational Controlling standpoint, including analysis of business data, cost centre planning, problem-solving, and reporting on workload and capacity changes. Managing the Goole Finance Team to achieve objectives and deliver agreed targets, overseeing month/year-end close activities, financial bookings, and reporting. Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, factory production orders controlling, and overhead controlling to support the financial health of the Goole manufacturing facility. Driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives within the manufacturing team, collaborating with digitalisation experts to enhance process efficiency and robustness, impacting the global manufacturing network. Facilitating global knowledge exchange within the Performance Controlling Team, providing financial analysis and insights to support the Commercial Director, Finance, and Operational teams. Your success will be grounded by Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CIMA). Experience as a Manager of People. Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint), with a working understanding of Qliksense, Tableau, Knime, and Power BI, and a mindset for change involving automation and digital solutions. A proactive outlook and a willingness to listen, learn, challenge, and improve. Self-motivation, flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work to deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
