We are currently looking for Mental Health support workers to assist in a school that’s for pupils aged 11-25 with complex learning needs. The school, which has been recently rated as ‘Outstanding’ by OFSTED, provides these children with a calm and positiveenvironment where the pupils can flourish and succeed. The school curriculum is based around independent living skills and providing pupils with the skills required to flourish in the world beyond the school. The successful Mental Health Support Worker would support the pupils with their emotional regulationand help support instances of challenging behaviour. The ideal Mental Health Support Worker - Passionate about working with young people - Resilient and can rise to a challenge - Warm and caring The role would be for a September start in line with the start of the new academic year. What you can expect from Teaching Personnel: - A dedicated consultant to discuss current or future roles with you - An extensively discounted CPD program - Payment in house, meaning no fees from Umbrella companies - 13 weeks off per year.
