The role reports to the Head of Safety, Health and Environment as an intrinsic part of the corporate Management Services Team.Key Responsibilities Working with Operational Colleague’s and Leadership to ensure compliance with legislation and corporate procedures and to ensure the delivery of safety training to sites within the region.Completing incident investigation and providing an advisory support function to site management, insurers and regional leadership teamsRoll out the health and safety strategy across your region whilst providing safety and environmental guidance and coaching to managers to drive forward a health, safety and environmental focused cultureSupport the wider safety team to drive improvements and projects within the region.
