Property Management Team Leader

Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager! Lead the way as a Property Management Manager with the UK's largest independent property services business. The role is based in their busy Ealing office where they have a dynamic environment and are keen for driven people to drive their team to deliver amazing service! Managing a team of property managers, to oversee our managed portfolio in Ealing, Hayes, and Shepperton Leading daily meetings with the Property Management team Coaching the team to achieve CSI's Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings) Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies. Property inspections Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties Deposit returns Resolving rental arrears Processing eviction requests Ensuring all properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants Managing complaints Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports All successful candidates will be contacted within 48 hours!
