Job Role: Recruitment & HR Administrator

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 per annum + a wide range of benefits

Location: Eton

The Opportunity as a Recruitment & HR Administrator**: Glenholme is looking to hire a Recruitment & HR Administrator to join our HR team. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager to support the recruitment and HR function throughout the group.

Glenholme Healthcare is a social care group supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, mental health conditions, and problems with addiction. We provide support through our residential services, supported living schemes, and via our outreach programmes.

Key Role and Responsibilities of a Recruitment & HR Administrator**

  • To assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and full employee lifecycle processes
  • Daily recruitment administration
  • Building relationships with managers and recruitment teams
  • Liaise with relevant parties to ensure the onboarding process is managed efficiently
  • Update and maintain recruitment systems and maintain data in relation to recruitment and selection to update managers
  • Communicating with the business on the progress of vacancies
  • Any ad hoc duties that this role may require

Experience required for the role of Recruitment & HR Administrator :

  • Experience in an administrative role or recent HR graduate looking for their first step into a career in HR
  • IT experience, with good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Teams (excel knowledge is advantageous)
  • Process-driven, with great attention to detail
  • Clear communication and outgoing personality
