Baker

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the skills to make and bake all types of bread rolls and cakes.

Duties :

• Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
• Monitor baking process to ensure goods are baked to perfection
• Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
• Collaborate with other bakery staff to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Experience :

• Previous experience as a Baker or similar role required
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
• Familiarity with baking equipment and techniques
• Knowledge of food production processes and quality standards
• Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of baking tasks

Pay: £17,301.13-£45,481.53 per year
