Winner Recruitment are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their construction team running a Temp desk.
Based at our modern and newly refurbished office in Barnsley Town Centre you will be joining a successful, fun, friendly and hardworking team.
You will need to have experience of setting up and managing a temps desk, this will include new business, client visits, candidate attraction and monthly billing.
The duties of the Recruitment Consultant will include: Managing and developing an existing client database.
Developing new business through visits, calls and emails.
Building good working relationships with new and existing clients.
Working towards set targets and KPIs.
Promoting the company brand through networking.
Attending client meetings both new and existing.
Meeting candidate face to face and interviewing daily.
Making daily sales calls to gain new business.
Negotiating with clients on fees and rates.
Forecasting of future sales.
Writing and adverting of positions on various job boards.
The ideal Recruitment Consultant will have: Experience within a similar role.
The ability to make sales calls and generate new business.
The ability to undertake a 360-degree recruitment role.
Excellent communication skills.
The drive and desire to make money.
The hours of work are Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm / 9am – 5pm The salary for this role will depend on experience, commission is also uncapped.
