Do you have a strong background in High End Residential projects and expertise in leading bespoke projects for Private Clients? Our client, a leading contractor in the private client residential sector, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team for a significant £5 million project in Woking. This role involves a flexible work arrangement between site, office and home and a long-term pipeline of local work in the South of England.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all financial aspects of the project.
• Handle Extensions of Time (EOTs) applications.
• Administer Liquidated Damages (LADs) to cover costs for project delays.
• Issue and manage Variation Orders (VOs) for changes in the scope of work.
• Conduct Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) to compare actual costs with budgeted costs, identify discrepancies, and recommend adjustments.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to ensure a smooth transition and continued project success.

Ideal requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within High End Residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of EOTs, LADs, VOs, and CVRs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
