Due to continued business success, our client which has been ranked very high in the best places to work in the world, is looking to strengthen their team of Customer Service Advisors for their leading consumer product company specialising in Beauty andGrooming, Health and well being as well as House hold products.

Every call is different, and the ability to effectively control the call, in a calm and positive manor is essential. With active listening, and effective questioning skills, combined with a persuasive style and strong product knowledge, you will providea first time resolution of every call, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

Full product training will be given during your induction.

You will be IT literate, be fluent in French or Dutch or Norwegian or Danish and English and be competent using in house systems.

Appropriate home working workspace and equipment - (Own Internet Connection/Excellent WIFI connection)

Hours per week 37.5 - Training in the first 2 weeks will be 9am-5pm (100% attendance required)

Shifts between Monday and Friday 7.45am-4.15pm

Salary £21,450 per annum.
