As an organisation are who sector leaders within a niche manufacturing discipline, they're continuing their expansion across the business recruiting across multiple division, they believe a key foundation for this is with a robust HR function.
Job Description This role will be hands-on and has involvement in all HR operations within the business together with the design and delivery of strategic objectives lead by the HR Director.
· Support the recruitment process by helping to write job specifications and job descriptions.
· Prepare offers of employment and complete administration processes which support this.
· Carry out new starter inductions.
· Help manage talent and succession planning taking guidance and lead by HR Management.
· Support managers and share best practice with them in order to manage, motivate and develop staff members.
· Assist with probation reviews and the annual performance and salary review preparation and execution.
· Assist with the administrative processes of managing absence, resignation and performance.
· Provide HR support on sensitive and complex employee relation issues including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries and grievances.
· Work with the HR Director to get the best performance out of our online HR Management System (currently Cascade HR).
Managing data input maintaining its accuracy.
· To provide dedicated HR support and proactively support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
· Support change management processes.
· Provide preparation & analysis support to HR Management to report on agreed HR KPIs to the HR Director.
· Support with general office administrative tasks e.g.
filing.
· Keep abreast of current HR law and changes in the future.
Remuneration package Basic annual salary: £Competitive...DOE Monday – Friday 08:45 – 17:15.
As a minimum.
In this professional role it is expected that extra hours are worked as required.
Pension on joining the company Life assurance, after qualifying probationary period (6 months).
Private healthcare and increased pension contributions after further qualifying period (2 full calendar years).
33 days holiday, including Bank holidays.
After long service holiday increases further.
