  • £11-£12 per hour PAYE or £18-£21 UMB depending upon experience**

The role

  • Managing a portfolio of existing customer’s for their quote to order requirements, utilising the relevant tools and business procedures (margin management, deal summary, exceptional deal, authorities matrix, RV matrix/RMT matrix)
  • Managing all renewals in accordance with the customers car policy, through renewal reporting and proactive outbound calling to understand actual opportunity where customer is dual, tri or multi supply ensuring that this information is also shared with theAccount Manager and business, ensure quote follow-up is managed daily
  • Use both Late Hire and SMR overspend reporting to reduce the volume of vehicles over contract and utilising this opportunity to formally extend contracts
  • Manage portfolio win /loss information by analysing data from system reporting and customer feedback, ensuring this is shared with the Account Manager and business
  • Deliver & exceed Targets set & agreed by the business - Order, Portfolio, Margin, FSI & KPI targets What we're looking for
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of all Microsoft Packages
  • Proven experience and knowledge within a sales and customer service environment
  • Previous experience in Internal Sales and or Customer Service role is essential
  • Previous experience in the Automotive or Financial Services industry is desirable
  • Sales through service attitude with proficient telephony skills
  • Ability to accurately handle and understand numerical data for quote to order process and reporting purposes
