Receptionist

We are currently looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to work with a property management firm in central Leeds at a large retail space they manage.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Providing excellent customer service.
  • Assisting visitors in finding their way around sites.
  • Performing adhoc and planned administrative tasks including report preparation, record keeping, data collation, meeting administration including taking minutes, newsletter production, filing and photocopying.
  • Maintain the office and keep all the office equipment in check as well as order any necessary office supplies.
  • Preparing the Management Suite meeting room and aiding visitors with their needs whilst in use.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Support the Operations Team in maintaining the sites H&S culture through proactive control of procedures.

For this the client are offering a salary of £17,290 per annum (£9.50 per hour). This is a 35 hour working week, Monday to Friday 10:00 - 18:00. No weekends required.
