As a Lotus Expert, you provide each customer with simple, insightful advice and deliver friendly, personalised experiences that re-assures them throughout their purchase journey.

You quickly assist customers with queries, by displaying expert knowledge explaining everything simply with energy and passion.

After understanding their needs, you offer personalised solutions to help guide them through to their purchase.

You are patient, you stay conscious of customers time demands and with style, speed, and skill make each touch-point personal and memorable.

KNOWLEDGE Consider experiences, any formal qualifications genuinely necessary or key areas of knowledge

  • Retail experience or hospitality/customer focused environment
  • Experience of working in Automotive is not a pre-requisite, just a desire to provide the very best customer service.
  • Knowledge of what is required to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Knowledge of customer buying behaviour

5 DAYS A WEEK, MONDAY TO FRIDAY AND EVERY SATURDAY WITH A LIEU DAY IN THE WEEK

Salary : £30,000.00 per year

Education :

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience :
