We're looking for an experienced customer service advisor or administrator to join a growing property management business between Sheffield and Barnsley. They look after properties within Sheffield and surrounding areas.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Maintaining property rentals by advertising viewings
  • Arranging viewings with customers
  • Completing tenancy agreements and obtaining feedback
  • Making sure compliance checks are fully up to date and inspected
  • Maintaining property adverts, ensuring information is up to date
  • Handling property maintenance, obtaining quotes and booking contractors

Please note, this role is 35 hours per week. You will work Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with one Saturday 9am - 1pm and one evening 10am - 7pm.
