Service Care Legal are currently working alongside an award winning firm, based in Cumbria. They are looking for an Property Litigation Solicitor with 2 years PQE to join their Legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst the legal experts and progress your career. Please find below further details with regards to the position.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and provide clients with sound legal advice tailored to their specific circumstances.
  • Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other court documents.
  • Liaise and correspond with the Court, instruct counsel
  • and experts
  • Able to handle high caseload in Property Litigation from start to completion.
