About the Role

Base Location : Flexible, however our preference is that you will be based in one of our key UK or Ireland sites, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Glasgow, Perth, Belfast or Dublin.

Salary : £37,600 to £56,400 dependent upon experience + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern : Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

  • Develop and maintain detailed Programme Schedules using Primavera P6 for a portfolio of Offshore Wind development and construction projects.
  • Produce Integrated Master Schedules with integration of Contractor programmes.
  • Identify critical path for the project and work packages and ensure potential delays to critical activities are identified and mitigated.
  • Provide Project Management with analysis of schedule delay impacts and mitigation strategies and run what-if Planning/Programme scenarios.
  • Establish the Programme Baseline and monitor monthly performance and variance analysis supporting Baseline Management and Change Control throughout the Project Lifecycle.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • 3 years of Project Planning experience, working within large, multi-contract Engineering and Construction projects, including building fully integrated complex activity networks.
  • Highly skilled user of Primavera P6 planning software.
  • Ability to produce clear and concise information that will assist senior management decision making.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills will be essential for this role, allowing you to forge and maintain strong working relationships.
  • A formal Project Management qualification, such as Prince2, APM PMQ / IPMA level D is desirable.
