Your new company Hays are working in partnership with Translink to recruit a Programme Manager on a permanent basis. Due to the continuous growth, they now seek a Programme Manager to join their Belfast team Your new role As Programme You will lead and manage a team of Project Managers within the Property Projects Department in the development and delivery of a broad range of property projects that are identified in the Capital Plan. You will effectively manage a sub-sectionof the Property and Estates Project Delivery Team, in addition to managing performance, sickness and absence within the team. In addition, you will be involved in planning the programme, in conjunction with the Project Assurance Office, and proactively monitoringits progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this position it is essential that you have a minimum of 3 years Project Management experience & the delivery of major construction projects and programme of works. You will have a degree in a Construction or Building Engineering relateddiscipline and possess or willing to work towards Chartered membership within the Construction industry.
