As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own station, assisting the Sous and Head Chefs in the daily operations of the kitchen; this includes prep, service and close for your allocated station, as well as guiding less experienced chefs in the kitchen too. You will work over a mixture of breakfast, lunch and evening services gaining invaluable experience working in a high level, fine dining professional kitchen.
