Microsoft 365 Lead

Company Description Chubb now has an opportunity for a Microsoft 365 Lead in Ashford (Middlesex). The main goal of this role is to modernise Chubb’s digital workplace IT landscape to improve productivity, employee experience, security, and value realization of existing investments

Job Description :

• Champion M365 toolset (maximise use, training & best practice, etc).
• Consult with business and IT on tech capabilities & projects leveraging M365.
• IT Application Owner/SME for M365 apps (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Teams telephony, SharePoint, Intune, Office, etc).
• Responsibility for architecture & hosting infra for Chubb’s M365 platform
• Oversight of Managed Service Partner (MSP) inc relationship mgt & performance reviews
• Responsibility for App support incl direction of MSP & hands on exceptional L3 support if required.
• Support M365 Integration with other apps and processes (ie. CRM, IAM, etc).
• Engage with Microsoft. Keep up to date with Microsofts evolution of the M365 toolset (new apps, enhanced features, etc) & initiate Comms, training, implementation.
• Representation of toolset in MIM & CAB processes as applicable

Qualifications Qualifications/ Experience/Knowledge : Experience including a number of the following:

• Key player in the delivery of complex M365 platform projects

• Experience in workplace modernization program consisting of on-prem to cloud and/or cloud-cloud content migration, managing project resources, risks and dependencies

• Good presentation skills

• Developed solutions in areas supporting remote work, hybrid work, employee experience, and managed services using M365 platform

• Experience in Mergers, acquisitions and divestitures

• Growing relationships, experience, practice working with managed workplace service providers, and inhouse IT professionals optimizing service model and ensuring excellence in service delivery

• Fluency in 2nd relevant language (written and spoken English mandatory)

• Demonstrate strong technical skills in:

• M365 and partner identity and services - SSO implementation options e.g. ADFS, Okta, Ping Federate

• Mobility and security - Intune MDM & Windows 10

• Microsoft Exchange - hybrid configuration and implementation

• SharePoint - hybrid configuration and migrations (use of common third party tools e.g. ShareGate)

• Microsoft Teams deployment and governance

• M365 security administrations (e.g. Privileged Identity Management and ATP features)

• Relevant certifications preferred, for example MS-100, MS-101, MS-500
