Due to continued business growth, we are recruiting experienced Female Support Workers to join our client’s growing team based in Patcham.As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing assistance and support to adults, helping them achieve their best day to day experiences. Therefore, you must be fit and active and enjoy outside activities. Being a driver would be advantageous.The people you will support are around 80% on the autistic spectrum so experience in this field is desirable.To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to establish a rapport. You must also be compassionate, empathetic, and have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.Due to the nature of this role, our client would prefer female support workers with Full UK driving licence to fairly represent the people they support.
