Search 5.0 is seeking a passionate and driven Product Owner to join our client's talented Technology team. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and product owners to ensure our product offerings meet customer needs and align with our strategic vision.


This is a hybrid role based in Ballymena, Co. Antrim, with a flexible working schedule, including 2 days a week in the office. As a key part of the team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the next generation of our products, ensuring quality and innovation in every release.



Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with product owners to align product vision with company goals.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team environment.
  • Help to oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Help to maintain high software quality through QA processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate in code reviews, provide feedback, and promote coding standards.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct appraisals.
  • Stay current on industry trends and integrate new technologies into our processes.


What They Are Looking For


  • 1-2+ years of experience as a product owner or product manager.
  • Strong experience with stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of market dynamics.
  • Must be a Resident of NI and willing to work hybrid in Ballymena


Desirable but not essential

  • Experience working within a software development team.
