JUICI JERK FRONT OF HOUSE ROLE : Key responsibilities :

  • Taking face to face orders and preparing our small but flavoursome menu in front of the customer
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
  • Making sure food stock levels are consistent throughout the day
  • Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
  • Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
  • Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations

ABOUT YOU :

  • You will show willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skills
  • Have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with colleagues
  • Passion for cooking, a passion for Caribbean cuisine is desirable
  • At least 2 years experience in a professional Kitchen / customer service role
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high standard of food quality and presentation
  • Lead by example and have a hands-on management style
  • Have good understating of Health & Safety / Food Hygiene regulations
  • Great people attitude, at the end of the day it’s the customers who keep the business running

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary : £9.00-£12.50 per hour
