Industry leading competitive salaryA flexible approach to working patternsA range of training and development programmesIndustry leading career progression opportunitiesContributory workplace pension schemeUniform providedLong service rewardCustomer introduced rewardEmployee discountsAccess to discounts on retailers, restaurants, holidays and much moreWellness programmeFree parkingAn average day as a Full Time Academy Systems Support AdministratorTo recruit all apprentices for Stoneacre Motor group offering Initial advice and guidance to apprentices to ensure they understand the roles and the apprenticeship journey.Full administration support for the Academy and Technical school to ensure compliance and processes are followed to the highest standards.To develop and maintain good working relationships with staff, learners, and key stakeholders of Stoneacre Academy in order to support the company to deliver its targets and objectives.Attending school and college careers events offering advice and guidance to all potential apprentices, detailing what their role looks like, possible career opportunities and training plansPulling together job adverts, liaising with managers to ensure you understand their requirements.Advertising positions across all areas and actively using social media to promote apprentice vacancies.Pre-screening potential apprentices offering initial advice and guidance around their role, establishing any accreditation prior learning ensuring they are on the most suitable apprenticeship programme. Preparing, planning, and communicating effectively to ensure that interviews are scheduled smoothly between candidates and interviewers.Liaising with tutors and employers to arrange a suitable start date and induction.Building strong working relationships with employers to ensure you understand their recruitment and business needs.Following correct procedures and carrying out relevant processes to ensure careful selection of candidates.To give comprehensive information, advice and guidance ensuring learners are given clear direction with regard to the apprenticeship, job outcomes and careers within their chosen field. Document information, advice, and guidance on the relevant documentation.To participate in meetings and team activities.To ensure all learner information is collated, inputted, and stored in accordance with Data Protection regulations.To co-ordinate all initial, pre- start, induction and start paperwork ensuring new apprentices understand their new journey and induction is completed. Initial advice and guidance are key at all stages to ensure learners understand the curriculum, all support mechanisms available to them.To support the Academy and team members in any relevant duties in relation to the operational/administrative division of the department.To support the Academy in collating and inputting learner information to ensure adherence to funding quality and compliance requirements of direct partners and regulatory organisations.To support the Group Academy Manager and Quality Assurance Manager to achieve internal and external audit and compliance requirements. Collate and analyse management information which informs the continual improvement of programmes and produces evidence of achievement of specific funding priorities e.g. Employer and Learner surveys, equality and diversity information and safeguarding statistics.To report any discrepancies or missing information from learner applications/progress reviews etc. to the Group Academy Manager and following this up with tutors/assessors where necessary to ensure these are promptly rectified.To co-ordinate all start, progress and completion tutor/assessor paperwork ensuring audit and compliance targets are met, assessors are tasked with rectifying where necessary and paid accurately and on time.To complete all registrations for Awarding body requirements and support functional skills tutor where appropriate.About you…Excellent organisational skillsGood communications skillsGood IT skillsProfessional MannerExperience of working in the training / educational sectorGCSE or equivalent maths and English A-C“Stoneacre Motor Group are an Equal Opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
