Internal Sales

Hayley Group Limited is offering an exciting position in Internal Sales within their Fasteners department, based in Halesowen. In addition to joining an established company, they offer a competitive salary and optional membership to the company’s healthcarescheme.

Job Title :Internal Sales

Location :Hayley Group Limited, Shelah Road, Halesowen, West Midlands, B63 3PG

Working Hours :40 hours per week Monday to Friday, with 1 in 5 Saturdays (Additional working hours may be required)

Other duties may include:

  • Preparing quotes for customers and providing assistant to Hayley branch staff on fastener items.
  • Utilising Hayley Group’s IT system to accurately identify, source and price items, as well as recording enquiries, sales orders and raise purchase orders.
  • Sourcing and purchasing stock to assist in maintaining stock levels.
  • Using own knowledge in obtaining non-stock items.
  • Undertaking ad-hoc admin tasks as and when required.
  • Experience within the fasteners industrial is essential.
  • Professional level of verbal and written communication skills, as well as good numerical skills
  • Able to manage and prioritise workload.
