In return, we’ll give you a competitive salary based on equal opportunity and pay structures, 30-35 days’ annual holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount, contributory pension scheme and more of the perks you deserve.We’re proud to be a diverse, secure and fast-growing business, so we’ll make sure you have quality training and real opportunity to build your career.What you'll doCreate and regularly adjust employee documents used internally and in individual countries including employment contractsDesign and conduct the Employment Law Training for ExecutivesBe an adviser for the employment tribunal representation in the company Support all employees with Employment Law measures in the companyCommission and coordinate external Employment Law advisersDesign actions as part of the Employment Law compliance programme (e.g. training courses, guidelines etc.)What you'll needA legal qualification / CIPD Level 7 (with specialist EL/advanced EL optional units) is desirableEmployee Relations experience, advising to middle management and up to date labour law knowledgeUnderstanding of best practice and ACAS codes Excellent stakeholder management and people skillsExceptional written and verbal communications skillsThe ability to collaborate and share best practice with a range of stakeholders using your strong influencing skills A Driving licence is essential and the ability to regularly travel within your geographic region.
