The company : A national, growing organisation with an established and highly successful finance team. Very employee and community focused this business has an excellent reputation and encourages growth from the individuals who work with them. They are looking for anAssistant Accountant or Procurement Specialist to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.

The role : A varied position you will work closely with the management accountant the procurement team, analysing costs and completing reconciliations. Through your review and investigations you will help provide a firm costing model for the business helping to appropriatelymanage the products and create more growth for the business.

Your background : As a finance professional, you will likely be at least AAT qualified and working towards your further ACCA or CIMA, however proven experience in a similar role is more important that qualification. You will have a good working knowledge of the month endprocess ideally from a manufacturing background where you understand the costs of materials and a strong user of Excel.

Alternatively you could be a procurement specialist looking to step into an accounting role. We are also keen to hear from you.

Excellent communication skills are essential to drive and implement changes within the business including reporting alongside your managers in the finance team.
