Customer Service Manager| Ashbourne | £40,000 + Benefits | Manufacturing | BTB Cherry Professional are working with a growing, manufacturing business based in North Derby to recruit a passionate and experienced Customer Service Manager . • The role._
• Supervise day-to-day operations throughout the customer service department.
• Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
• Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
• Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team.
• Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
• Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings and present them confidently to the Leadership Team.
• Hire and train new Customer Service agents with the support of the HR department.
• Support the sales team further develop the CRM system to provide effective, timely complaint handling and customer relationship enhancement.
• Work collaboratively with the planning and production teams in order to deliver an efficient and deliverable service offering.
• Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a Customer Service position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to be flexible in your approach to work.
• Has the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
