As a Verification Product Analyst, you will be responsible for the management of commercial arrangements with all of our external third party verification suppliers, whilst considering and adapting to the challenges posed to the Company through the everincreasing expansion within the global licensed gaming industry.

You will have strong administrative skills, as you will be responsible for coordinating supplier evaluations for new services, maintaining the retention of all supplier documentation and following up on all support contracts and renewals, including proposingfuture purchase volumes and achieving optimal competitive pricing. You will also learn about customer onboarding and verification and the development and workings of the numerous products, which support it.

You will complete a rotation through a series of departments to build up your all round knowledge of the role and the Company. You will have the opportunity to attend courses through our internal training department, specifically designed to aid your personaldevelopment.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy, following the completion of office based training.

The position is full-time with a general working pattern of Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience :

  • Educated to degree level or have experience in a similar analytical role.
  • Keen attention to detail and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to demonstrate numerical skills in either a commercial, business or an academic environment.
  • Ability to build trusted and respected relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills to coordinate work between stakeholders and maintain and refer to important documentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to balance workload, assess priorities and focus on completing a task through to the end.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Experience of customer verification onboarding products and services is preferred but not essential.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Supporting management in the evaluation of contracts and commercial proposals with external third party companies.
  • Liaising with our legal team and third party companies throughout the process to achieve the successful completion of the signing of commercial agreements.
  • Coordinating the evaluation of third party companies, arranging meetings and supporting the requirements needed to obtain a full understanding of potential new services to be introduced.
  • Supporting the evaluation of contracts to ensure that, they adhere to the Company standard commercial arrangements and align with stipulations established by the legal department.
  • Maintaining the life cycle of existing agreements including identifying when contracts are due for renewal, proposing future purchase requirements to include volumes and costs and optimising price points within agreements.
  • Maintaining the agreed expenditure sheets for budgetary control.
  • Creating and maintaining an efficient and secure reporting repository of commercial documentation.
  • Reconciling invoices and usage reports raised by third party verification companies with our reporting, highlighting potential discrepancies for investigation.
