Superior Healthcare are urgently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting a client with complex care needs in their family home in Horley . As a Care Assistant, you will join our complex care team and work long-term with one or a small number of clients. Plus, benefit from a fixed rota and the option of overtime. What can we offer Healthcare Assistants? We support care assistants who want to grow their skills and progress within the company! Superior Healthcare will provide full,  paid  classroom-based training when you join us,  paid  induction shifts, and ongoing supervision support from our in-house team of nurses and supervisors. If a client’s needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you can confidently support their needs and develop your own skills. Role Overview: As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our client’s daily life, providing essential support including: Administering medication Supporting with PEG feeds Performing oral suctioning Providing personal care Assisting with moving and handling Shift Patterns Available: Additional shifts are available in the local area for those with flexible availability and a willingness to travel. Healthcare Assistants requirements: – Minimum of 6 months of professional care experience in a UK healthcare setting. – Experience working with complex care clients. – Confident in working with children and making shifts engaging. – Comfortable being around pets (cats and dogs). – Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
