What it looks like day to day: As an Administrative Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the effective delivery of candidates for our clients within pre-agreed and contracted timeframes.
Working within our Enterprise Solutions team, you will be involved in various stages of the recruitment lifecycle, maintaining regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, managing processes, and ensuring our systems are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update monitoring systems, investigate and correct errors.
Resolve or escalate queries efficiently.
Manage data and information confidentially.
Ensure consistency and accuracy in system updates.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Manage office administration and complete manual handling tasks (e.g., boardroom setup).

The ability to share knowledge and work effectively with teams.
Professionalism and problem-solving abilities.
Capability to work to deadlines and manage data confidentially.
Office management and administration experience.
Desirable: Experience in a similar role within the recruitment industry, with familiarity with monitoring systems and data management.
