Person QualitiesThe ability to challenge conventional thinking; must have demonstrable experience in evolving existing conceptsStrong leadership qualities. Must balance driving forresults with the ability to coach and mentor the chefs and their skills, supporting development of capability levels and succession planning.Resourceful, creative and proactive.
