One of the UKs largest Estate Agencies and Property Services firm is seeking a Property Manager to join their London team.

The Property Managers Role

Taking responsibility for a mixed portfolio of properties in London and the South East covering all asset classes. The team work on 3 funds and this opportunity involves taking ownership of at least two of these with the opportunity to take on more responsibility.

The main duties includes maintaining Landlord and Tenant relations, responding to tenant communications, responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting, dealing with insurance renewals and cost assessment procurement.

The Property Manager will ideally hold

  • MRICS qualified
  • Experience in Property Management
  • Proven track record to manage the day to day issues
  • Client side experience
  • Demonstrates awareness of market trends
  • Well organised and good time management
