Job descriptionThe successful candidate will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to making a positive difference to the lives of autistic young people.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assessing and reviewing speech, language and communication needs. Using specialist knowledge to develop individualised support and adaptations to support individuals needs. Working in partnerships with other professionals. Providing advice and guidance to develop individuals access to employment opportunities. Requirements:Speech and Language Therapist qualification HCPC registration Evidence of post-qualifying experience working as a SaLT.Thorough knowledge and understanding of a varied range of treatment techniques.Excellent written and communication ability. Ability to work well individually and as part of a team. Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months - on the update service?
