General hours of work are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Why Highway Resource Solutions (HRS)

Highway Resource Solutions (HRS) was established in 2011, following the death of a Road Worker in Lincolnshire, UK. This tragic incident, caused by an errant vehicle, was the catalyst for the development of an Incursion Warning System for road workers which is now recognised as best practice by industry and Highways England. HRS specialise in the delivery of digital services and assets for sectors in temporary infrastructure, including roads, rail, utilities, and event management.

Our Mission is to provide technology-based safety solutions that will help to significantly reduce injuries and fatalities in temporary work zones, whilst providing the travelling public with accurate real-time information.

About the role of Digital Administrator

There has never been a better time to join HRS as a Digital Administrator! We are a small, friendly and growing team so there is a family feel and buzz about the place. We have had our most successful year ever! We are growing significantly and are looking for someone with experience to join our wonderful team!

The role is a busy and varied, providing first class support to the company's customers and delivery team. Working alongside colleagues and stakeholders you will provide excellent customer service and will foster excellent working relationships.

Responsibilities of the Digital Administrator

  • Accurate data entry onto various systems,
  • Populating programmes displaying all works,
  • Designing and amending work zones on our digital platform system,
  • Preparation of customer reports and other commanding tasks.

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite, in particular Excel
  • Experience gained within similar Digital Admin role (desirable but not essential)
