Head of Asset Management

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for the housing industry? We are seeking a Head of Asset Management to join our client's dynamic organisation. As the Head of Asset Management, you will play a key role in developing and delivering their Asset Management, Investment, and Regeneration services. ✅ Develop and implement the Asset Management Strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.✅ Lead the team to achieve the Decent Homes Standard and meet the requirements of the Regulator's Home Standard.✅ Drive the organisation's decarbonization targets and contribute to their environmental vision.✅ Ensure full statutory compliance across the service area, including CDM regulations and health and safety requirements.✅ Manage budgets and procurement processes to deliver efficient and value-for-money asset management.✅ Lead and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results, while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.✅ Collaborate with senior management to drive sector-leading performance and promote innovation. HNC/Degree in building and/or construction (essential).✅ Demonstrated leadership experience in asset management and building maintenance.✅ In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations, planning, and health and safety requirements.✅ Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.✅ Ability to make informed decisions and propose effective solutions.✅ Excellent team and line management skills.✅ Proficiency in ICT tools and software, including Excel and asset/compliance databases. 10% car allowance.
