Pharmacy Counter Assistant

Welcome Health Pharmacies Limited is currently recruiting a Counter assistant(s) to join our team in Teeside area on a part time basis.

Your job will include:

  • Talking to customers and offering information in a confident, friendly and professional manner, providing our customers with a great service
  • Offering appropriate information to customers on common ailments, symptoms and products.
  • Taking time to understand the customers’ needs, explaining the benefits of the products in a way they understand and only selling products that are right for the customer.
  • Advising customers on the range of Pharmacy services available
  • checking off and putting deliveries away
  • serving on the till
  • ordering stock
  • answering the telephone
  • liaising with dispensary team
  • cleaning and maintaining the overall tidiness of the pharmacy

You will need:

  • Experience or qualifications gained from working in a Pharmacy environment
  • Availability: Monday to Friday and weekends

Experience :

  • Pharmacy: 2 years (preferred)

Job Types : Part-time, Permanent

Salary : From £9.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Saltburn-by-the-Sea: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience :

  • Pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)
