Personal Assistant - Hybrid - Permanent The Opportunity Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a national health organisation to recruit a PA based in their central Leeds office. This is a full-time permanent position working 37 hours a week on a hybrid basis with 2/3 days a weekin their vibrant office. This role may also require some travel to other offices within Yorkshire and Humber region. What the Personal Assistant will be doing The Personal Assistant will be working closely with the Chairman and Head of Department providing them with excellent administration support undertaking a variety of office activities throughout the day

  • liaising with stakeholders internal and external.
  • Diary support, schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Organising meetings and events, including note/formal minute taking and producing records.

What the successful Personal Assistant will bring to the team This role is suitable for someone who has experience as a Personal Assistant. You will;

  • Have previous experience with Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant roles.
  • Dairy management skills.
  • Experience with Office 365.
  • Experience of drafting briefing papers and correspondence at senior management level.
