Duties
- Plan and implement sports coaching sessions for individuals or groups
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper techniques, strategies, and rules of the sport
- Develop training programs to improve athletes' skills and performance
- Evaluate athletes' progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Create a positive and supportive environment for athletes to enhance their motivation and confidence
- Coordinate and communicate with other coaches, staff, and parents as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sports coaching or playing the sport at a competitive level - Strong knowledge of the specific sport, including rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with athletes of all ages and skill levels
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
- Patience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to address individual needs and challenges
- First Aid certification (required)
As a Coach, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on athletes' lives by helping them develop their skills, achieve their goals, and grow as individuals. You will work closely with athletes to provide guidance, support, and motivation throughout their training journey.
