Guide patients all the way through their dental improvement journey from enquiry to treatment completion and aftercare.
- Convert new enquiries into free consultations.
- Clearly explain treatment / payment options to patients and assist them with any enquiries to enable them to begin their journey to better teeth.
- Offer patients an exceptional level of customer service and assistance.
- Liaise with clinicians and other members of the team to best serve patients.
- Have excellent admin and record-keeping abilities.
- Previous dental / medical experience preferred.
- Fluent English speaking and writing abilities with a clear, easy to understand telephone voice.
- Self-motivated and with a strong work ethic.
- Must work well as part of a team and individually.
- Must be computer literate and have worked with various software packages
Salary : £25,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
