What will I be doing?

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the administration within the Fleet division for a highways organisation based in Bilsthorpe Nottinghamshire.

Hours : 07.30 -16.00

Monday to Friday

On a day to day basis duties will typically include : Office administration such as filing, scanning, photocopying.

Data input with the use of Microsoft Excel / Word

Managing the incoming telephone calls.

This role is initially temporary until the end of July covering maternity cover however there is potential for this role to materialise into a permanent position for the right individual.

What you will need for this role?

Proven experience within a similar role and strong knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel.

Contract length: 6 months

Salary : £19,000.00 per year
