Part Time Secretary / Administrator (22.5 hours over 3 full days)

Salary : c £23-£25k pro rata plus benefits (dependent on experience and qualifications)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and adaptable Secretary / Administrator in Thorne.
Working as part of a small team for a highly successful building services business the appointee will be managing the diary for a Senior Partner and offering support as required to ensure the continued success of the business.
The Role - Part Time Secretary / Administrator
You will be working with the existing team in all aspects of support including: Diary management
Arranging appointments with existing and prospective clients
Accurate record keeping
You will be dealing with third parties on a daily basis
All aspects of administration with regards to submitting new business
Assisting with note taking and efficient running of a small office team
Correspondence for Clients & meeting file preparation ahead of Client Reviews
The Person - Part Secretary / Administrator
This is an interesting and varied role that would suit a confident, organised Secretary / Administrator who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style
You will have exceptional communication skills and a proactive/confident approach to securing meetings with clients
Are highly organised with an excellent eye for detail
You are a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision.
You will have strong written, mathematical and problem solving skills
You are a team player
You are reliable with proven administrative/appointment making skills
You will have good IT and Typing skills, as well, ideally you will have used Salesforce or a similar CRM system
