Part time Office Administrator

An experienced computer literate office administrator is needed to work 3-days a week. You will be based in a small office on Leigh Broadway which is close to shops and amenities.

£12 per hour - to start ASAP (PART TIME PERM ROLE)

  • Must have a very good working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint and an excellent telephone manner. Some database knowledge would be advantageous.
  • The job involves booking appointments with customers, arranging engineers’ diaries, payments (PDQ machine), and Sage invoicing.
  • Full training given
