Ref: BHJOB47933_22787 Travel 50-75% UK & Ireland As an Automation Engineer - Programming and Commissioning, your role will be instrumental in the business operations.
You will be responsible for the programming and commissioning of systems.
You will assist with customer support visits and calls.
You will carry out full system commissioning, including software, mechanical and electrical aspects.
You will handle site installation, software integrations and commissioning.
You will contribute to ongoing R&D on the software, and software development for existing and new products.
You will deliver customer training and offer technical support both remotely and on site for engineers and clients.
Controls & Commissioning Engineer - The Person: Have a positive attitude Work effectively as part of a team.
Have a good mechanical and electrical engineering aptitude.
Have experience of working with programs for automated machinery.
Ideally have experience with programming robots.
Experience with programming/amending PLC's for automated machinery, reading electrical designs for machinery.
