Office Administrator

Responsibilities :

  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing and data entry.
  • Utilize Google Suite for communication and documentation purposes.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure availability.
  • Assist in financial tasks using Xero software.
  • Maintain an organized office environment.
  • Computerize information for efficient record-keeping.
  • Support staff with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Handle invoices and credit management.
  • Process labels for orders.

Skills :

  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar financial software.
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience in data entry and office management.
  • Comfortable working with computers and office equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of product listing and order processing.
