Our client has a vibrant and busy Income Management Department responsible for minimising arrears and maximising income collection. In this role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, proactively recovering arrears owed by telephone,but also via all other forms of communication available. You will continue to work with our residents providing advice and support in order to avoid legal action for the recovery of debt.

If you are passionate about achieving goals and making a difference, are able to work effectively, both as part of a team and independently, can manage your own workload whilst consistently meeting deadlines then this job could be for you!

Agile working contract, WFH with 1-2 days a week maximum in the Sidcup office.

Permanent contracts & various Fixed Term Contracts

Hours will be Monday-Friday 35 hours a week, between the hours of 8am-8pm. You may also be asked to work occasional Saturdays 9-1PM.
