The Job: We're looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our client dynamic team, where you'll help design and develop their next generation of flagship products, as well as maintain and enhance existing software applications.
As a Senior Web Developer, you'll lead by example, mentoring and supporting team members with an agile mindset.
You'll produce clean, fully functional code, integrate backend data, and contribute to UI and web layout design, all while troubleshooting and resolving bugs.
You'll work across the full stack, utilizing technologies such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, C# .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and MySQL.
You'll join a small but growing, diverse and welcoming team, working in a relaxed software house environment based in Bristol.
Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of developers while fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
Play a proactive role in the architecture, design, and development of current and future products.
Contribute to the creation and refinement of technical processes and development best practices.
Develop scalable, maintainable code for mobile, web, and desktop applications built on cloud infrastructure.
Collaborate in the design and development of User Interfaces, database models, and architecture.
Conduct peer code reviews and support the team in building a culture of continuous improvement.
Take ownership of projects, from inception to delivery, while meeting functional and technical requirements.
The Person: We're seeking someone who has at least 8 years experience in software development is self-driven, passionate about technology, and always eager to learn new skills and techniques.
You should have the ability to establish credibility and build trust with key stakeholders, while driving projects forward with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
Required Skills Experience leading/mentoring a team.
Proven track record of leading by example C# /.Net Framework .NET Core HTML/CSS/JS front-end UX design experience SQL (MySQL) SOLID Principals / Object Oriented Analysis / Object Oriented Design Unit Testing: NUnit, xUnit, MSTest, etc Software Development Principals: Proficient in software development principles, methodologies, architectural patterns, and design patterns Integrating with external programs via API's using XML/JSON Experienced in producing standards-compliant, performant and accessible websites.
Able to work effectively and efficiently, including working to a deadline and across multiple projects simultaneously.
