Job Overview

The objective of the Customer Order and Project Management Processor is to be a focal point to ensure an effective response to customer requirements.

To process incoming sales inquiries into the company CRM to highlight sales opportunities to the sales team, as well as sales orders in a timely and acceptable fashion to ensure that Production can manufacture and deliver as appropriate and advise/assistcustomers with their order status or other problems.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

To play a key part in growing sales of our products and services by providing first class sales support and general assistance to all our clients, our MD, our external sales staff, our installers, our sub-contract installation partners and all other areasof the business as and when required.

Activities to include

  • Provide a focal point for all incoming inquiries from The Company's Building Services Direct Accounts & Distributors. - To ensure that administration functions in the Customer inquiry, order & Project Solutions Department area are completed and updatedin a timely fashion.
  • Collect and interpret incoming purchase orders and enter them into the ERP system (NAV)
  • Collect and interpret incoming sales inquiries into the project management system, logging opportunities and assigning workloads.
  • Monitor the order tracking system to ensure jobs are on track
  • Advise Sales teams of any delays or issues affecting sales orders or transfers as advised by Operations
