We have a vacancy to start immediately for administration, the job role is:

  • The HR Role is approx. 12 hours per week the remainder of the week is in Red Text.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Implement new company policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Provide Company Inductions & Onboarding
  • Preparing Contracts of Employment & redistribute annually
  • Develop & organise training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Various HR administrative duties such as issuing letters, correspondence etc.
  • Maintain employee, Annual Leave, Sickness Records
  • Manage and liaise with projects department regarding Apprentices Training & Development
  • Organise and process DBS & Security Applications for Staff and Sub-Contractors
  • Comply with ISO Management System requirements in carrying out DVLA Vehicle Checks for the vehicle fleet
  • Carry out annual Health Surveillance Questionnaires and liaise with our H&S Advisors regarding the findings.
  • Annually re-issue the Company Health and Safety Policy & Employee Handbook
  • Control Staff Uniform & PPE Stock & Distribution
  • Organise and take the meeting minutes of the weekly & monthly management meetings
  • Various other administrative duties assisting multiple areas of the business
  • Data entry of information received from project managers following site visits along with digital filing.
  • Procore Construction Software Support
  • Scanning of documents and contracts
  • Completion of spreadsheets
  • Answering the telephone
  • Filing
  • Basic Project Support and Assistance for Project Managers and Site Agents
  • Compiling Site Boxes, Signage, First Aid Kits
  • Compiling Construction Phase Plans and Site Induction PowerPoints
  • Compiling Operations & Maintenance Manuals
  • Tender Sites Assistance including submitting tenders, loading projects and issuing correspondence
  • Assisting with ISO Management Administration Assistance
  • Writing Resident Letters and Assisting with Liaison
  • Other administrative tasks as required.

Salary : £21,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Education :

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience :

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language :

  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
